The Challenges faced by Existing environment

• Current version of Documentum version is 7.2 And The Current Custom java Application are using Java version 1.8x.
• Monitoring of third party integrations with respect to the Documentum and fixing any minor bugs
• Analyzing and fixing of any production system related issues.
• Creating new web services using Soap & Rest.
• Must have good understanding of Java & DFC to troubleshoot, Custom WebTop issues and for development of new services (upload/view).
• Integrations – Developing of new minor Third party custom applications and integrations with Documentum.
• Documentum Administration Activity :
• Creating, modifing, or deleting users
• Creating, modifing, or deleting groups
• Adding users to groups or delete users from groups
• Creating, modifing, or deleting roles
• Monitoring and killing user sessions.
• Creating, modifing, or deleting LDAP configuration objects.
• Creating a permission set.
• Viewing or modifying a permission set.
• Adding users to or deleting users from a permission set.
• Deleting a permission set
• Documentum application support issues.
• Managed Documentum Administration related issues.
• Storage Management –Daily monitoring Storage space and move the content to archive location as and when needed.
• Job Management – Daily Monitoring both out of the box and custom developed jobs for smooth running and fixing any issues.
• Monitoring of Archival job and other Jobs configured in DA
