  • Client was having OpenText Capture Centre implemented.
  • Client had a requirement to be able to add new subtypes for document types
  • Client has multiple OCC Applications having many document types
  • Client was looking for a OCC Expert to deliver the same.

Solutions Offered

  • Implemented new SubTypes in OCC
  • Created DLL Files for different applications
  • Created mapping of OCC document types to OCC subtypes
  • Created mapping of OCC Subtypes to OpenText Content server Categories.
  • Ensured that Files names in content server reflect subtype assigned by changing the OCC Scripting.
  • Ensured integration between the applications, OCC and OpenText Content server
  • Handled new requirements by analyzing and providing actual project design and timelines.
