• Working with customers to identify problems and providing solution and providing support, includingprocedural documentation and relevant reports.
• Admin related work like running the synchronization job manually in case when many new users need to be given access on the client software.
• Creating and updating Client specific Reports like weekly ticket statusreport, Monthly Application UsageReport.
• Administrating Application Monitor to monitor the Servers availability and take necessary actions in casethe server health is critical.
• Administrating the Permissions, Users and Groups in OTDS.
• Administrating Content Server Indexes and Search Functionality.
• Monitoring the Job processor queue during business hours so user may not be impacted while trying toview documents
