The Archive Center systems are with the old versions OpenText Archive Server 10.5.
The old versions came with major performance and vulnerability issues.
Java and Apache Tomcat version were out of support.
Existing environment is using Archive Server, Document Pipeline, Enterprise Scan and OpenText Imaging WebViewer.
The current data and documents in the old Archive Server will be migrated to new Archive Center 20.x from scratch.
Solutions Offered
The new version of Archive Center 20.x has lot of security enhancements and comply with OpenText practices and will ease the administration work.
It has major bug fixes, Enhancements and performance upgrades.
The scope includes both upgrade and migration activities, as a “AEL Upgrade and Migration Project”.
Performed parallel upgrade of Archive Centre from 10.5 to 16.2.
Migration of all the documents from old Archive Server to new Archive Centre.
Installed Document Pipeline 20.x, Enterprise Scan and OpenText Imaging WebViewer on new machine.
Integrated Document Pipeline 20.x, Enterprise Scan and OpenText Imaging WebViewer with Archive Center and SAP system to view and archive the documents.
Configured HTTPS Communication over applications.
Handled Hypercare support activities.
Provided KT to AEL team on handling the issues.
