Client had implemented OpenText Archive Cantre 20.2.
Client had multiple landscapes of SAP Systems for their different subsidiaries.
ALL SAP Systems were archiving the data to same OpenText Archive centre.
Archive Centre had different logical archives for different content repositories of the SAP Systems.
The complex landscape came with major performance issues.
Incumbent vendor had issues in supporting the environment.

The scope includes both support and Implementation activities, as a “OpenText Archive center Project”.
Handled day to day production maintenance activities and supported any immediate production issues.
Any minor integration activities which will not consume much time (as support activities should go in parallel) were Handled.
Handled new requirements by analyzing and providing actual project design and timelines taking into support activities into consideration.
Managed to handle production related issues and developments.
Managed SAP Archiving space related issues.
