The Challenges faced by Existing environment

• Daily monitoring activities of servers and applications- Archive Center, OTDS, Content Server, Document Presentment
• Monitoring of third-party integrations with respect to the OpenText Application and fixing any minor bugs.
• Analyzing and fixing of any production system related issues.
• Must have good understanding of LiveReport, WebReport to troubleshoot and for development of new requests.
• OpenText Administration Activity:
• Creating, modifying, or deleting users
• Adding users to groups or delete users from groups
• Ensuring Archive Center jobs are running and fixing issues if any.
• Ensuring policy pdfs are present in Content Server.
• Performing Search and Indexing.
• Monthly audit data report.
• Managed Archive Center Administration Client related issues.
• Storage Management –Daily monitoring Storage and disk space on servers.
• Job Management – Daily Monitoring both out of the box and custom developed jobs for smooth running and fixing any issues.
• Monitoring of Archival job and other Jobs configured in Administration Client.
