The Challenges faced by Existing environment

The Archive Center systems are with the oldest versions OpenText Archive Server 10.5.
The oldest versions came with major performance and vulnerability issues.
The old Windows 2003 platform was out of service and support.
Java and Apache Tomcat version were out of support.
Existing environment is using one Archive Server in production.
The current data and documents in the old Archive Server will be migrated to new Archive Center 16.2 from scratch.

The new version of Archive Center 16.2 has lot of security enhancements and comply with OpenText practices and will ease the administration work.
It have major bug fixes, Enhancements and performance upgrades.
The scope includes both upgrade and migration activities, as a “Tata Power Upgrade and Migration Project”.
Performed parallel upgrade of Archive Center from 10.5 to 16.2.
Migration of all the documents from old Archive Server to new Archive Centre.
Handled post Go-Live support activities.
