• Working with customers to identify problems and providing solution and providing support, includingprocedural documentation and relevant reports.
• Admin related work like running the synchronization job manually in case when many new usersneed to be given access on the client software.
• Creating and updating Client specific Reports like weekly ticket status report, Monthly ApplicationUsage Report.
• Administrating Live Reports and Livelink Module, Livelink Indexes and Search Functionality.
• Administrating Application Monitor to monitor the Servers availability and take necessary actions incase the server health is critical.
• Administrating the Permissions, Users and Groups in OTDS.
• Configuring and maintaining the Databases for Content Server usage.
• Managing OTDS jobs.
• Administrating Content Server Indexes and Search Functionality
